電渦流測功機主要加載範疇（chóu）

　　電渦流測功機是目前國內先進的加載測功設備，主要用來（lái）測量各種動力裝置（zhì）的機械性能。DW及DWD係列主要由旋（xuán）轉部分(感應盤)、擺動部分(電樞和勵磁部分)、測力（lì）部分和校正部分組（zǔ）成。

　　勵磁繞組通電後（hòu），產生（shēng）一個閉（bì）合磁通。當感應（yīng）盤(齒狀)旋轉時（shí），氣隙磁密隨之發生（shēng）周期性變化，感應出渦流，由於“渦流”和磁場的耦合作用，在轉子上產生製動力矩，而在電樞體上則產生與拖動力矩相同的轉矩，並經裝在電樞體四氟上的力傳感器檢（jiǎn）測出來，從而達（dá）到測試扭矩的目的。 在轉速測量上，采用非接觸式的磁電式轉速（sù）傳感器，將轉速信號轉（zhuǎn）換成電信號（hào）輸出。

　　本機適用於中、小型功率電機、汽車、內燃機、燃氣輪機、水輪機、工程機械、林業、礦山、石油鑽采等機械的性能試驗，也可作為其它動力設備的吸功裝置消聲（shēng）設備。

　　Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant.
